Creamy Hawaiian Fruit Salad
2 cups seedless red grapes
1 cup seedless orange sections
1 banana, sliced
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 container (8 oz.) Sour Cream MIX all ingredients except coconut; cover.
REFRIGERATE several hours or overnight.
SPRINKLE with coconut just before serving

Citrus Barbequed Chicken
1-1/2 cups Barbecue Sauce
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1/3 cup orange juice
6 large boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.)
MIX barbecue sauce, orange peel and juice. Reserve 1/2 cup of the barbecue sauce mixture. Pour remaining barbecue sauce mixture into shallow baking dish. Add chicken; turn to evenly coat both sides of each chicken breast. Cover.
REFRIGERATE 30 min. to marinate. Drain; discard marinade.
PREHEAT greased grill to medium heat. Grill chicken 12 to 15 min. or until tender and no longer pink in centers (170°F), turning and brushing occasionally with the reserved 1/2 cup barbecue sauce mixture after 8 min.
Zesty Grilled Vegetables
1/4 cup vinegar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup of zesty Italian Salad Dressing
1/2 cup oil
2 lb. assorted vegetables (zucchini, red peppers, yellow peppers, green peppers, new potatoes and squash), cut up
MIX vinegar, juice, salad dressing mix and oil in cruet or small bowl as directed on package. Reserve 1/4 cup of the dressing; refrigerate until ready to use.
POUR remaining dressing over vegetables in shallow glass dish; cover. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate. Drain; discard marinade.
PREHEAT greased grill to medium-high heat. Grill vegetables 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender, turning and brushing occasionally with the reserved 1/4 cup dressing.
Summer Slushies
1-1/2 cups Sweetener, Granular, divided
1 package KOOL-AID Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix
9-1/2 cups cold water, divided
1 package KOOL-AID Cherry Flavor Drink Mix, or any other flavor
COMBINE 1 cup of the sweetner and the lemonade soft drink mix in large plastic or glass pitcher. Add 2 qt. (8 cups) of the water; stir until drink mix is dissolved. Pour into ice cube trays; freeze 6 hours or until solid.
PLACE remaining 1-1/2 cups water, remaining 1/2 cup sweetner and the cherry soft drink mix in blender; cover. Blend 15 sec. or until drink mix is dissolved. Add 1-1/2 cups of the prepared ice cubes. Blend 30 sec. or until thickened and smooth.
SERVE immediately. Store leftover lemonade cubes in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag in freezer.
